Shaye LOVES loves loves Strawberry Shortcake, but everything I saw with a theme on it was shall I dare say….commercial. Ick. Since her birthday party was done on Mother’s Day, I thought a two’fer (two funs in one) would be a smart idea.

We went to the Springs farm strawberry patch. Now let me add that Shaye loves strawberries, but we think she is allergic. Everytime she eats them, her eczema is ten times worse. So I’m completely brilliant doing this, obviously. (did I mention she LOVES anything strawberry?)

I will also mention that even though Shaye did not eat one strawberry, the fact her legs were touching the plants gave her a BIG FAT RASH. Sadly, it looks like I am right about something (for once).
