January Flavor- Policeman Special! Coffee and Donut Cupcake
So I was in the grocery store and saw a mini bag of Krispy Kreme crullers and, well, I wanted one REALLY bad. The only way to justify the purchase was to tell myself I had to stick it on or on a cupcake, though. So the birth of the coffee and donut cupcake was born. I took a picture, posted it online, and within 20 minutes they were gone.
Seriously. I asked everyone if we should make it the flavor of the month, and we had an overwhelming YES.
So, I decided it was only right to make homemade donuts for our January flavor of the month.

Ladybug Birthday Cupcakes- mini and big!
Lord knows I’ve been avoiding all of the cake requests like the plague, I don’t like to make large cakes! (eating them is another story) but we’re going to now have 2 different size large cupcakes, a 6-8 cup and a 10-12 cup “cake”.
Here’s the first one we’ve done for 2011!
