Double Baked Almond Crossaints

Still working on new menu items, but THESE were a huuuuuuge hit! They’ll be back!

It was my first attempt at making them, and the almond paste turned out amazing. Who knew it was so fricken easy to blanch my own almonds? No more wasting money on ones already blanched- DIY! The almond paste tastes better and better day after day, it’s amazing how the flavor exploded after a week!
