These were actually made for an egg allergy customer, but the vegans bought us out in less than an hour!

So of course we thought we should do it again the following day, cuz maybe this whole vegan thing will be super exciting and low and behold….

No one came the next day.

So vegan won’t be on the menu everyday just yet! It’s funny how people who have never tried vegan baked goods give it a snarl at first. Next time we’ll do free samples and not tell anyone what they’re eating until after…;)
