These look great, Heather! Both my sister and niece have Celiac disease and they both miss having dessert. It’s great to see that there are tasty options for them somewhere — too bad they live in TX!
Hmmmmm…I am thinking (ouch)… your cupcake business is very exciting, but we need to keep thinking BIG. I’m thinking a Food Network show where you have chaos and desserts! I would be hooked. I LOVE your creations, and I love your blog.
Marta,
I’ve been doing a lot of research on gluten and gluten free baking as of late. I’m running into some issues though, seeing as my oven(s) can possibly cross contaminate the gluten free. Apparently the gluten is like glue and coats the inside of the oven. I guess I will just have to clarify that although the cake itself is gluten free, there’s still a chance of gluten traces. I will just have to thoroughly clean the oven before baking these babies up, and leave a warning. But I’m still working on this issue for sure!
