I had my first meeting with the bank on Monday. It went really well, so my second meeting to hopefully officially submit for my loan will be this coming Monday if I can complete this monster pile of paperwork and hunt down all of the things they need.
I also have a meeting with the lawyer next Monday morning before the bank and will submit for the LLC…
Yesterday I was down at the County Health Dept getting all of my paperwork for them and signing up for a food safety class for certification.
Moving right along…today I have two funny orders to bake up and will post them as soon as they’re done. Gotta have them finished early too because it’s girls night out at The Fish Market and I’m not missing it! I need a night filled with great friends and a few glasses wine.
