We raced for the cure in Charlotte!

Saturday morning around 14,000 people showed up for the Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure. The city raised over $1.3 million dollars!! Amazing!

Maeve did awesome! We (she, Debbie and I) finished the 5k race in 39 minutes, and that was after 7 or 8 minutes of walking, trying to get started (the crowd was THICK). Great job, Maeve!

    Awesome! :D Good time too!

    We did our first 5K in May and loved it. I need to find another one to do before it gets too cold…
