Costume Update: Mad Hatter Hat

Bob’s hat is complete!

I found this amazing youtube video.

The hat is made out of:

poster board ($1)
Boring flags that I bent to make a ring for the rim (he uses them for work and they’re all over the garage)
an old shower curtain
ripped up lace off a shirt from Goodwill I bought for $2
$1.10 worth of salmon satin
peacock feather ($2)
2 knitting needles ($2)
an index card
black spray paint from the garage

The entire costume will be finished tomorrow, I just have a few minor details.

And he needs a wig. But the other stuff is done!
