The day the swine flu found our party. I got a text
to join the girls for coffee around 6am and we decide to go to the beach instead of Magic Kingdom. Heather B’s kids had never seen the ocean and it was going to be really hot so the beach was a great idea.
Heather’s 3yr old Coryn came and sat with us on the porch, dancing and singing away. We decided to head over to Walgreen’s for some crap we needed around 7am, and when Heather returned Coryn had fallen back asleep. And she woke up with a raging fever. And it turned into a very suspicious cough within about 2 hrs. A cough that I’d heard from our friends/neighbors who
had just gotten over the swine…..
uh oh. So Heather decided it would be best to go with us with her big girls to the beach, and JR took little C to the Urgent Care.
Yep, H1N1 and a script for Tamiflu.
What. A. Drag. :(
But what can you do at that point.
Cocoa Beach was about an hour and 15 minutes from Orlando. The kids had a great time body boarding and collecting little live crabs and other gross, smelly gooey things inside of shells.

A Brinn Quote “look! chickens! I’m gonna go catch all of those chickens!!!!” (seagulls)

These 3 are going to give us 3 a run for our money. Groan.
